The food was fresh and well presented. Our server Cait, was exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Issac our server was friendly and helpful in guiding us through the menu choices. The meal arrived swiftly and was very tasty and enjoyable. The only issue was it cold in the restaurant, which did spoil the atmosphere rating.
We were very happy with our visit to Wagamama Harrogate, and will definitely be returning. The vegan options were great, and didn’t really feel like an afterthought as they often can, and all of the meat substitutes were amazing in both taste and texture. We didn’t have long to wait for our food, and the staff were all very friendly. This was our first visit to a Wagamama (long overdue!) and was a painless easy experience, just need more chopstick practice . Highly recommend for vegans and non-vegans alike, and can’t wait for a Wagamama to open up closer to Hull!
We were greeted by a fabulous floor manage Laurie today. He was such an upbeat and helpful server and it made our lunch awesome. The whole team also said bye when we left it was so cute. The food & drinks were on point and the new lunch menu was superbly competitive and featured trusted favourites - well played Waggas! X
Really amazing experience, the food was absolutely delicious, the allergy menu was also really tasty and very big. The staff were very attentive and lovely will most definitely be going there again.

They are very kind, professional, disability friendly, welcoming, provide very efficient service and are very accommodating. I visited the Harrogate branch a few weeks ago and had a fantastic dining experience! I was served by the lovely waitress Cait, who was incredibly welcoming and relaxed. She created a really personable atmosphere, outgoing, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout. The food arrived piping hot and was absolutely delicious. Big kudos to Cait for some spot-on recommendations! One highlight was the sorbet made from their own smoothie mix! a real treat I’d happily have again. Keep up the great work!
